Services

Linkardo provides on-demand link-building services for agencies. All work is performed on a project-by-project basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not require long-term retainers, and each order is scoped and priced individually.

Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed once both parties agree on scope, pricing, and delivery timelines. Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement or invoice. We reserve the right to pause work until payment is received where agreed terms are not met.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your project, including target URLs, anchor text preferences, niche details, and any constraints. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to request links on behalf of your clients.

Deliverables and reports

Upon completion of a project, we will provide a report detailing the links placed. We aim for accuracy and quality, but we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic outcomes, or permanent placement of third-party content.

Intellectual property

Content created specifically for your project becomes your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. We retain the right to use general methodologies, templates, and non-confidential knowledge developed during our engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkardo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an active project in accordance with the terms set out in the project agreement. If you cancel after work has commenced, fees for work completed up to that point may be due.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Linkardo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
